How to Make Vegetarian Yeast-Free Bread
First, mix the wheat and rye flour in a deep bowl. Now add the rolled oats, baking soda, salt and oil. Stir. Pour in kefir and slowly and gently knead the dough. Form a loaf out of it (I make it round), on top of which make a cross cut, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove the finished bread from the oven, cover with a towel and leave to cool completely.
