- Sausage - 300 Grams (Salami)
- Hard cheese - 250 Grams
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Ketchup - To taste
- Champignons - 200 Grams
- Tomatoes - 2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1-2 Pieces
How to cook "Pizza with sausage and mushrooms"
Let's make the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water by adding warm milk. Stir to completely dissolve the yeast. Add sugar, salt and flour. Knead the dough, put it in a warm place for 45 minutes. In the meantime, let's prepare the rest of the ingredients. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, cut the tomatoes and peppers into rings, the mushrooms into slices, the salami into strips. We spread the dough on a baking sheet, grease on top with ketchup and mayonnaise (a thin layer). Sprinkle with grated cheese and lay out the sausage and vegetables. We put the mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese again. We put the baking sheet in the oven, bake the pizza until tender. When serving, you can sprinkle the pizza with herbs.
