How to cook "Berry Tartlets"

First, grind (chop) the almonds. Now let's prepare the dough. To do this, melt the butter, add sugar and stir. Take 1 egg, beat it a little and add to the butter. There are also almonds and 1 glass of flour. Substitute the dough. When it is ready (does not stick to your hands and does not crumble), mold a ball out of it, wrap it in plastic and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour. In the meantime, let's make a cream. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add vanillin just before it boils, remove from heat. Take 3 eggs, separate the yolks, pour them into a bowl. Add sugar and 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour. Mix. Place this mixture in hot milk and stir slowly. Bring the mixture almost (!) To a boil, it is important that the eggs are not boiled. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate. Take our dough out of the refrigerator. Roll it out,cut out the mugs and fill the molds. Cover the tins with baking paper and top with peas or beans to press the dough against the tins. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees. Remove the paper and leave the tartlet base in the oven for another five minutes. Take out the cream and fill the tartlets with it. Place them in the freezer to freeze.
