I saw ready-made mustard powder in the store, I thought: "Why not make homemade mustard?" It turns out that there are very few ingredients needed. I took vinegar that I had at home - the usual table apple cider 9%. You can also add a little more salt if desired. I took powder not hot mustard, but soft - just right for me!

- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vinegar - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to make "Mustard mustard powder"
Prepare the necessary ingredients in advance. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Mix thoroughly, add hot water (50-60 degrees) and stir again so that there are no lumps. Add the amount of water at your discretion: if you want thicker mustard, add less. Place the mustard jar in a pot of hot water, wrap the jar with a towel.
