How to cook "Camping Pie"
To prepare the cake, boil the rice in salted water, adding 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Now add a couple of tablespoons of beef stew to the rice. Stir. You can add a little greens to the filling, but I don't like it and it will overpower the taste of rice with stew. Spread a sheet of baking paper on the table. Place your purchased puff pastry on top of it. Powder the dough lightly with flour. Roll out the dough on paper into a layer. Try to roll the dough in one direction, then it will not lose its shape and will be equally equal on all sides. Put the rice and stew filling on the dough. Place a few small pieces of butter over the filling. Roll out another layer of dough. Place it on top of the pie. On this sheet of dough, I made notches with a roller so that the steam generated during baking would escape.
