An original paella recipe for real men: pork instead of seafood! Very satisfying, incredibly tasty and easy to prepare. For all housewives, a recipe for paella with pork!
Cooking description:
Paella with seafood is very popular in many countries. The fresher the ingredients, the tastier the dish. But, if you can't afford shrimp, mussels and squid, then you can cook equally delicious paella with meat. You don't have to use wine to make pork paella, as in the original recipe. I also decided to add chickpeas - it turned out very satisfying and rich. Do not overdo it with hot pepper - it's not for everybody.

How to make Pork Paella
Rinse the pork first and cut into small cubes. Add to it 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic (you can crush it in a garlic press), salt and pepper to taste, a tablespoon of olive oil and half of the chopped parsley. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Then fry in a pan lightly, but not until tender. Transfer to a plate. Fry the red bell peppers, diced, add the chopped bacon, then hot peppers, spices and leftover parsley. Cook for 7 minutes. Then add rice, fried pork, paprika and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then pour in the broth, add the chickpeas. By the way, if you did not calculate with chickpeas and it turned out to be too much, you can grind part of it in puree and dilute with broth. The paella will simply be thicker. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for another 5 minutes. Rice should be half cooked, not all of the broth should evaporate. Directly in a frying pan, put the paella in a preheated oven to 190 C. Bake for another 12-15 minutes, until the rice and pork are cooked. Cover the finished pork paella with foil and let it brew for another 10 minutes before serving. That's all. Enjoy your meal!
