How to cook Pork and Zucchini Stew

Chop the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic. Add to the meat and fry in the same mode until the onions are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Then pour in a glass of broth. Switch the mode to "Braising" or "Baking". Cook for 10 minutes, then add vegetables. Simmer for a minimum of 40 minutes, a maximum of an hour, until the pork is cooked. 5-10 minutes before finishing - add coriander and other spices.
