I am telling you how to cook a roast with pork and potatoes at home. For piquancy, you can marinate the meat in advance, although I did not do this, because seasonings and spices themselves add piquancy to the dish. How to cook Roast Pork and Potatoes
Rinse the potatoes, peel (if necessary) and cut into quarters. We wash the meat and cut into portions. We wash onions and carrots, peel and chop. Heat a cauldron with vegetable oil. Add the meat and stir fry until crisp. Now add the onions and carrots. After 5-7 minutes add potatoes, pour in water to lightly coat the vegetables. Cook until the water boils. Reduce heat to low, add bay leaf and seasonings. Stir and cook, covered for 25-30 minutes.
