How to make Chicken Meatballs with Gravy
Prepare meatball products. You will also need a meat grinder or blender to chop the meat. Wash the chicken breast. Remove the skin from it, carefully cut the meat from the bone. Cut it into slices and place in a blender. Add salt, ground black pepper, onion and garlic there. Grind. Minced meat is ready. Take a deep vessel. Pour the minced meat there, add the rice, sorted and washed, a raw egg. Stir. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Wet your hands with cold water and shape into meatballs. Put them in hot oil and fry on all sides until crisp.
