How to make "Pork and Mushroom Curry"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse the pork and cut into small cubes. Fry for 5 minutes in a preheated skillet in oil. While the pork is roasting, peel and dice the potatoes. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Chop the onion, mushrooms, chop the garlic finely, put everything in the pan with the potatoes. Fry for 5-7 minutes. While the mushroom potatoes are fried, use another small saucepan to make the curry sauce. Melt butter and add flour, stir until thick. Add curry and a mix of your favorite spices.
