How to cook "Fried airy kefir pies"
So, first break the egg, add soda and kefir to it. It is not necessary to extinguish the soda. Then add flour. Knead the dough. The dough is denser than yeast dough. If necessary, add a couple more tablespoons of flour while kneading. Then roll out the dough. Roll out thinner so that the pies can be fried well inside. Add your favorite toppings and patties. Fry them until golden brown in a skillet in a decent amount of oil. Sprinkle ready-made puffed pies on fried kefir with powdered sugar, if desired.
