How to Make Letter Cookies
Beat the egg with sugar. Add softened butter and stir. Sift flour there too. And add baking powder. Knead the dough. Roll out the dough into thin sausages. Stick letters from them. Send to the oven preheated to 180 C for 8-10 minutes. You can sprinkle the finished cookies in the form of letters with powdered sugar, cover with icing or simply eat. Have a nice tea!
