- Onion - 400 Grams

How to cook "Dough for samsa in the oven"
1. Cut the meat into small pieces. Chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil in a pan. Spices to taste. 2. The dough itself is even easier to make: sift the flour into a bowl and gradually pour in water. Knead the tough, elastic dough immediately. To make it better molded, we keep it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before baking. 3. Divide the dough into equal parts before molding.
