You can sculpt the legs and hats separately with your hands, and bake them in the oven. It will take more time, but the result is still the same - delicious and interesting!

Main ingredient: Flour
- Butter - 50 grams
- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Sour cream - 50 grams (can be replaced with yogurt or kefir)
- Liquid honey - 150 Grams
- Flour - 4 Glasses
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - To taste
- Milk chocolate - 100 grams (for decoration)

How to cook "Mushrooms in the form"
1. Mix separately flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Next, beat the butter at room temperature with sugar until smooth. Then add honey and sour cream. Stir, and gradually add the dry mixture. Knead a homogeneous dough, divide it in two and keep it in the refrigerator for a while. 2. Now we sculpt hats from one piece, legs from another, and place them in a mold for mushrooms. We bake until golden brown. 3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip the ready-made mushroom caps into it. We give time to freeze in the refrigerator. 4. Done!
