I would like to advise you on how to cook turkey jellied meat in a Panasonic multicooker. The method is very convenient, because the multicooker does everything on its own (except for freezing the jellied meat, of course). Recommend!

How to cook "Turkey jellied meat in a Panasonic multicooker"
Rinse the turkey carcass, remove excess parts. Divide the carcass into several parts and place in a multicooker, add the washed vegetables (with the skin). Pour in water to cover the meat by 1 to 2 cm. Set the "Stew" mode to 5 hours. Remember to add salt and pepper to taste. We extract the meat from the broth and separate it from the bones, cut into small pieces. The broth itself is thoroughly filtered through cheesecloth. We lay out the meat in molds in which the jellied meat will freeze. Add chopped boiled carrots, fill everything with broth. Once the broth has cooled, place the molds in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours until they solidify. Enjoy your meal!
