Cooking description:

Any housewife knows how to cook meat in French. However, my recipe is not traditional, the dish turns out to be gorgeous, very tasty and aromatic. When cooked, tomatoes and onions let juice in and make potatoes and pork very juicy and at the same time extremely tender. Cooking such a dish is easy and simple. You can experiment with herbs, for example: you can add rosemary or basil, it will turn out spicy. Serve this dish with a glass of red wine and be sure that everyone will appreciate your dish.

How to cook "French Meat with Potatoes and Tomatoes"

Cut the pork into thin slices with a knife. It is best to cut lengthwise, beat the meat with a hammer on both sides. Rub the meat with salt and spices, or use dried herbs (to taste). Peel and wash potatoes and onions. Cut the onion in half and then cut it into thin rings. Cut the potatoes into slices about 1.5 cm wide. Wash and dry the tomatoes or wipe them with a towel. Cut them into medium-sized slices. Try not to let juice out of them. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or cover with parchment. Place the potatoes side by side on a baking sheet. Salt it a little. If the meat is salty enough, do not salt the potatoes. Place the tomato cut into rings on top of the potatoes. Put the onion on the tomato, and then the meat. Grate the cheese (I use a coarse grater). Grease the meat with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. Then remove from the oven and serve.
