How to cook "Chicken in Red Wine"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. I took homemade red wine, but you can also use purchased wine, only good, so that there is no dye in it. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, put in a glass bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices. Pour wine over the chicken and leave for 30-40 minutes at room temperature. Place the marinated chicken on skewers or wooden sushi sticks. Place the kebabs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve kebabs on skewers. One chicken breast makes about two kebabs, I advise you to cook them according to the number of guests and serve them personally on a plate, garnished with lettuce leaves.
