How to make Blueberry Tartlets

Lemon card can be bought ready-made. But you can do it yourself. To do this, you need: 2-4 lemons, 100-200 gr. sugar, 20-40 gr. butter and 2-4 medium eggs. How much cream you get in the end depends on the amount. Remove the zest from the lemons, squeeze the lemon juice. Mix lemon zest with sugar, juice and eggs, whisk everything well. Add the mixture to a saucepan, add oil there. Boil the cream over low heat until thickened (3-5 minutes). Be sure to stir it constantly. Now let's start with the test. Mix in one bowl 1 egg, a little sugar, 100 gr. butter, crushed almonds and flour. Stir. Knead an elastic dough. Place the dough in a mold, pre-oiled and lined with baking paper. Put a load in the dough; dry legumes (beans, peas) are good for this. Bake for about 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Put one tablespoon of lemon custard in ready-made tartlets (more is possible). Spread it evenly all over the inside of the tartlet. Then add the blueberries. And you can serve the dish to the table.
