This simple recipe on how to make a "Waiting" salad was suggested to me by my mother. Moreover, she simply stewed eggplants with chicken and tomatoes, and then sprinkled the dish with hard cheese. But I decided to improve this recipe a little - it turned out to be no less tasty dish, but just gorgeous in appearance!

Main ingredient: Poultry / Chicken / Mushrooms / Dairy products / Cheese / Chicken breast / Chicken fillet
- Eggplant - 1 Piece
- Chicken breast - 1 Piece
- Tomatoes - 1-2 Pieces
- Hard cheese - 100 grams
- Champignons - 100 Grams
- Spices - To taste
- Dressing - To taste
How to cook "Waiting Salad"
1. Cut all ingredients into cubes. Sprinkle the eggplants with salt to remove the bitterness. Meanwhile, fry the chicken in vegetable oil and spices. 2. Fry eggplants and mushrooms too. Add spices to taste. A variety of herbs work well. 3. We are waiting for the hot ingredients to cool down a little, add cheese, tomato, now mix everything well. Add the dressing (I have soy sauce and butter) - and you can serve it warm!
