Cooking description:
For the preparation of the stuffed indowka, I choose prunes and quince as the filling. By the way, you can also bake with apples. But still, it turns out spicy with dried fruits. Sometimes I add a little more honey, then a very delicate sweetish taste is obtained. Be sure to rub the duck with nutmeg - it's the perfect seasoning for any meat or poultry. How to cook "Stuffed Indoutka"
Pour boiling water over prunes and quince, and rinse and dry the bird with a napkin. Rub the Indo-Duck with spices, salt, pepper, nutmeg (to taste). Let it stand for at least 30 minutes. We cut the grapefruit into rings, we won't need much, otherwise the duck will taste bitter. We spread the foil in a baking dish, lay out pieces of grapefruit in the corners. Stuff the bird with prunes and quince. We put it in the form. Cover the tin foil tightly. Send to a preheated oven for 2.5-3 hours.
