Finely chop the onion. We wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Fry the onion with mushrooms in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates completely. Then pour in the cream and flour, stir. Cook until the julienne thickens. Arrange the julienne over the tartlets. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
