How to cook "New Year's lavash roll"
Prepare the products for the roll. Boil a piece of chicken fillet, if the fillet is not large, then you can whole. Mushrooms work both fresh and frozen. Peel the onion. Let's get started. Cut the onion thinly into half rings for quick cooking. In vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms with onions and salt until tender. Cut the cooled chicken fillet thinly across the fibers. Cover the table with cling film. Spread the pita bread, brush it well with mayonnaise. Cover with a second pita bread, grease it with mayonnaise too.
