- Fresh champignons - 400-500 Grams
- Eggs - 4 Pieces (medium or large in size, hard boiled)
- Bow - 1 Piece (medium size head)
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Dill - 1 Bunch
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 Cup
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Lemon Juice - 2 Teaspoons
- Salt, pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - To taste (for frying)
How to cook "New Year's Mushroom Salad"
Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil well. Fry finely chopped mushrooms on it until soft. Then transfer the mushrooms to a salad bowl. While the mushrooms are cooking, in another pan (also heated with vegetable oil), fry the onions until golden. At the very end, add garlic passed through a garlic press to the onion. Fry together for a minute or two, then remove from heat and transfer to a salad bowl too. Add chopped boiled eggs and chopped dill to mushrooms and onions. Now let's start dressing for our salad. In a separate container, mix mayonnaise with mustard and lemon juice. Season our salad with the resulting mixture, mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste - and stir again. Such a salad can easily be spread on croutons. Then original juicy sandwiches will appear on your everyday or holiday table!
