How to cook "French Meat in a Redmond Multicooker"
First, take the meat. Rinse it thoroughly and dry it with paper towels. Cut it into portions (not too thick) and beat lightly. Now rinse and dry the tomatoes. We cut them thinly, in circles. We also wash and dry the mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Take whatever cheese you like. Rub it with a grater of any size. You can take more cheese if you like a thick cheese layer. Now let's start roasting meat. Pour vegetable oil (about 30 ml.) Into the multicooker bowl. Put the prepared pieces of pork there. Sprinkle it with salt and spices and fry with the lid closed in the "Fry" mode for about 10 minutes. After the indicated time has passed, open the lid and turn the meat over. You can add salt and spices again. Put chopped mushrooms on the meat, followed by tomatoes. You can add a little salt again, if you have not overdone it before. Sprinkle everything with cheese and cook for about 10-15 minutes in the "Fry" or "Bake" mode.
