How to cook "New Year's" Advent "salad"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Boil eggs and potatoes in advance and peel. Advent salad is usually made rectangular or square, so a square plate is ideal. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, put them in the first layer. Place finely chopped onion on top and cover with mayonnaise. Finely chop the cucumbers, lay them in the next layer. Chop the smoked chicken and place on cucumbers, brush with a little mayonnaise. Finely chop or coarsely grate the eggs, distribute them over the surface of the salad. Grease generously on top with mayonnaise on all sides. Decorate the salad with dill sprigs. Make the candles from hard cheese, and the flame from bell pepper.
