How to cook "Roll with chicken in lavash"
Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into oblong pieces, salt, pepper and add spices - Provencal herbs, for example. Fry the chicken either in a skillet, steam it or just microwave it. I like it for a couple. Smooth the pita bread, brush it with olive oil so that it does not break. Put in the center of the pita bread: finely chopped cabbage, grated carrots, sliced cucumber and tomato. Also add arugula and chopped lettuce leaves. Season to taste.
