To make homemade lavash lasagna, we need minced beef or pork. Best of all - beef, it is not as fatty as pork. Also a jar of tomatoes in its own juice - if you don’t find one, you can just take fresh tomatoes, scald them, remove the peels and puree them in a blender. See below for a step by step recipe.

- Lavash - 2 Pieces
- Minced meat - 300 grams
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- A can of tomato in its own juice - 1 Piece

- Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Butter - 20 grams
- Cheese - 150 Grams

How to cook "Homemade lavash lasagna"
Let's start by making the filling. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil. Then add the minced meat, stir and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add finely chopped garlic, spices (salt, pepper, oregano). Simmer everything together for a couple of minutes. Cut the tomatoes in their own juice into small pieces, after removing the skin. Better to puree them in a blender. Add to the minced meat. Stir and simmer for another 7-10 minutes. While the meat is stewing, cut the pita bread under your baking dish. Start collecting lasagna: lay out pita bread one by one, grease with minced meat and tomatoes. Do this until the filling runs out. The last layer is pita bread.
