Achma is a traditional Georgian pastry that has a lot of cooking options. The filling can also be different, I prefer achme with suluguni cheese and cottage cheese. It turns out very appetizing!
Cooking description:
Let's cook achma with cheese and cottage cheese at home. Grease a baking dish with butter and spread two pita breads cross on a cross. Pour melted butter on them and put the son's filling, also pour in the kefir-egg mixture. We also repeat the next layers, and pour the top layer (lavash) with the remnants of butter and kefir with eggs. We bake achma in the oven for 40 minutes. Good luck!

Grind the cottage cheese, and three suluguni on a grater. Mix kefir with eggs and salt. Grease the baking dish with melted butter. We spread two sheets of lavash in the form (cross to cross). Pour in 2 tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle generously with cheese (cottage cheese + suluguni). Pour oil again and pour in half a glass of kefir with eggs. Dip the next sheet in a kefir-egg mixture and spread it with an "accordion" on top. Re-spread the cheese filling, butter and kefir mixture. Cover with the last sheet of lavash (tuck the edges inward). Pour the rest of the butter and kefir with eggs. We bake achma in the oven for 40 minutes, temperature 200 degrees.
