One of my favorite foods that cook quickly and don't take much effort. I want to share a recipe for chicken in small pieces with rice and vegetables.
Cooking description:
Vegetables also go well with rice and chicken, so I add a ready-made mixture (Hawaiian or any other). It can be carrots, green peas, you can add a tomato.

- Chicken - 0.5 Kilogram
- Rice - 3 Glasses
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Ginger - 70 Grams
- Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Green onions - 70 Grams
- Flour - 1 Art. the spoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 Teaspoons
- Vinegar - To taste
- Spices - To taste

How to cook "Chicken in small pieces"
Boil the rice. If the vegetable mixture is frozen, defrost it. Chop the onion. The chicken was finely chopped, spices and a little flour were added. Sometimes I also add some of the egg yolk. We mix everything. Heat the pan with oil. Fry until golden brown.
