How to cook "Yeast pies on kefir"
Mix yeast with flour. Add salt and sugar, egg, water and vegetable oil. Knead the dough and place in a warm place for 20 minutes, then knead again thoroughly. Leave it on for another 15 minutes. Cook eggs hard-boiled, then peel and chop finely. Chop the onion, and melt the butter in the microwave. We mix all the ingredients, salt to taste. Divide the dough into balls, roll out each ball and put the filling inside. We form pies and transfer them to a baking sheet for proofing. When the pies rise, grease them with a beaten egg.
