How to cook "French Meat with Chicken and Potatoes"
Divide the chicken into small pieces. Put them in a deep plate, sprinkle with spices to taste. I used pepper, salt, parsley and paprika. Pour half a packet of mayonnaise, stir and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate the chicken. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions and wash under running cold water. Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and chop the onion into small cubes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put carrots and onions on it. Then add the potatoes. Above is a chicken. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Then sprinkle on the chicken. Top with mayonnaise.
