- Sour cream 25% - 4 Art. spoons

How to cook "Herring under a fur coat with mustard sauce"
Peel the herring. Bake vegetables: put potatoes, carrots, beets on foil, sprinkle with a little salt, add oil, wrap the foil. Take an oven tray and fill it halfway with water. Put the vegetables in it and put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. After 15-25 minutes, take out the potatoes and carrots. Remove the beets after 50 minutes from the start of cooking. Cut the beets into thin slices. Place it on plastic wrap. It is advisable to give the shape of a rectangle so that the roll is neat. Combine sour cream, mustard and mayonnaise. Gently grease a layer of beets with the resulting sauce. Grate potatoes, egg and carrots. Finely dice the red onion. Cut the green onions into slices. Lay the egg layer on top of the beetroot layer. Then lay out a layer of carrots. Brush a layer of carrots with sauce. Next, lay out a layer of potatoes. Also grease it with sauce. Finally, a layer of herring and red onion follows.
