- Adyghe cheese - 350 Gram
- Butter - 200 Grams
How to cook "Adjarian Achma"
First of all, you need to knead the dough from: eggs, vegetable oil, salt, flour, soda and warm water. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts (one part should be larger than the rest). Roll each part thinly and boil in boiling water for 2 minutes. Immediately put each boiled piece of dough into a saucepan with cold water. Then we spread the dough on a towel so that the excess water is glass. Put the bottom layer of dough in a baking dish (the edges of the dough should hang down) and grease with melted butter. In the same way, lay out two more layers of dough. Place grated cheese on top, then again several layers of dough with butter, and so on. The top layer is cheese. We turn the edges of the hanging dough to the center (as in the photo). With a knife, we divide the achma into portioned pieces. Pour the remnants of the melted butter into the slot. We bake the dish in the oven for 45 minutes,temperature 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
