An excellent fruit salad can be served as a dessert or to wine as a small aperitif. To prepare the salad, I take large grapes, preferably seedless. You can safely replace pecans with Greek or almonds. The salad turns out to be sweet, but nevertheless, it is a salad, not a dessert. See How To Make New Year's Blues Salad!

Ingredients:
- Grapes - 700 Grams
- Sour cream - 300 Grams
- Cream cheese - 250 Grams
- Sugar - To taste
- Pecans - 150-200 Grams

How to cook "New Year's Blues Salad"
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse the grapes thoroughly. In a deep dish, put the washed grapes in a row (you can in two rows). Mix sour cream and cream cheese separately, add vanillin and sugar (preferably brown). Pour the resulting sour cream over the grapes evenly. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and pecans evenly (you can grind them in a blender, or you can cut them into halves). Here's our lovely New Year's Blues salad and you're done!
