Fragrant, rich, but at the same time quite light gooseberry liqueur at home is an excellent drink option for a festive table. The option for making gooseberry liqueur is simple.
Cooking description:
1. Berries are better to take well ripe and soft. Place them in a deep bowl or saucepan.
2. It is best to refuse to use equipment or improvised means and knead the gooseberries with your hands.
3. Transfer the resulting pulp together with the juice to jars. You can take large bottles or use 3 liter jars.
4. Pour sugar into jars, pour in vodka. The indicated amount is conditional, in the recipe for making gooseberry liqueur, you can use sugar to taste and adjust the strength with the amount of vodka.
5. Place the jars tightly and add clean cold water to the remaining space.
6. Cover the jar tightly with a lid and store in a dark and cool place.
7. After about 4 months, homemade gooseberry liqueur will ripen. Pour it gently, filtering it through a sieve, additionally covered with gauze.
8. You can try what happened.
9. Prepare clean bottles, into which you pour the finished liqueur - and put it back in a dark place. It can be stored for up to 3 years without losing its taste.
