Prepare all the ingredients you need. Remove fibers and seeds from the pumpkin. Cut off the rind. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Send the pumpkin with water and sugar to the slow cooker, and after 40 minutes in the "Stew" mode - take it out. Place the finished pumpkin in a blender. We also add the sugar syrup that formed during the cooking process to the blender bowl. After that, grind the pumpkin mass until a smooth puree is obtained. Your pumpkin puree is ready!
