How to cook "Turkey in a double boiler in foil"
Cooking the marinade for the turkey. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped garlic and dry herbs. Divide the turkey fillet into two parts and put in the marinade. We marinate for at least 2 hours. In the marinated fillet we make an incision - like a pocket. Put a couple of tomato slices and a slice of cheese in it. Then the edges of the pocket can be chopped off with a toothpick or the fillets can be tied with thread. We wrap each prepared piece in foil and put it on a double boiler plate. Pour water into the bottom of the steamer bowl, insert the plate and close the lid. Cooking time 55-60 minutes. As a result, we get tasty and juicy stuffed turkey meat.
