- Bananas - 3 Pieces (ripe)
- Kefir - 1 Glass
- Egg - 2 Pieces

- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons (for roasting)

How to cook "Banana pancakes with kefir"
1. Bananas must be peeled and cut into slices. Beat (chop) them in a blender along with the eggs. 2. Transfer the resulting mass to a bowl, add salt, sugar and soda. Mix well. 3. Pour in kefir, mix and gradually add all the flour, sifting it through a sieve. The dough will be ready when the consistency is like thick sour cream. 4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil. 5. Allow the prepared pancakes to cool slightly - and can be served.
