Ingredients:
- Sausage - 750 Grams (boiled and ham)
- Potatoes - 2-3 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 Pieces
- Mushrooms - 150 Grams
- Greens - To taste
- Salt and Pepper - To taste
- Sour cream - 2 Art. spoons
- Lemon - 2-3 cloves
- Olives - To taste
- Onions - 1-2 Pieces

How to cook "Solyanka with olives and lemon"
Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling salted water. Don't forget to remove any foam that appears! Finely chop all sausages together with onions and fry in vegetable oil until light golden. Peel the carrots and chop finely. Add vegetables to the pan to the sausage. Fry together for 7-8 minutes. Now add the sausage, carrots, onions and cold meats to the potatoes in the pan. Cook until potatoes are tender. Chop the pickled cucumbers, rinse and chop the greens. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry in vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes.
