How to cook "Zucchini caviar with" Mivina"
Zucchini need to be washed, cut off all unnecessary parts, remove damage, if any. Twist the zucchini in a meat grinder and place in a saucepan. Bring the zucchini to a boil and simmer for 2 hours over low heat. Twist the onion in a meat grinder and add to the zucchini. Stir and cook for half an hour. Add sugar, Mivina seasoning, tomato paste and sunflower oil. Stir all ingredients. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remember to stir every 7-10 minutes. Stir the cooking mass again, add lemon juice. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Take a sufficient number of sterile jars and roll up the squash caviar in them. Store in a cool place after cooling. Enjoy your meal!
