How to cook "Pasta with minced meat with béchamel sauce"
Peel, chop and store vegetables in vegetable oil. Add minced meat to them, fry everything for 5 minutes. Boil the vermicelli according to the instructions on the package, then be sure to flip it in a colander so that all unnecessary liquid is glass. Add minced meat to noodles, stir. Put half an onion and bay leaf in warmed milk. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Take out the onion and bay leaf. Melt the butter in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add flour - and simmer for a minute, stirring continuously. Reduce heat, pour in milk in a thin stream, do not stop stirring. After a few minutes, the sauce begins to thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and remove from heat. Enjoy your meal!
