Rinse the pork pulp and cut into small pieces. Fry pieces of meat in a small amount of vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. We put on a couple of minutes to fry in another pan. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut the pulp into small pieces. Add the tomato slices to the onion in the pan.
