- Margarine - 30 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sesame - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 3 Glasses
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Portion processed cheese - 4 Pieces
- Salad - 1 Bunch

How to cook "Bigteysti at home"
First of all, knead the most common yeast dough. After it rises, shape the dough into round buns, sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Bake the buns until tender (this is about twenty minutes at 180 degrees), placing them on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Make minced pork and beef by passing the meat through a meat grinder several times. Form it into round patties and fry in a pan with butter for two to three minutes on each side. Prepare the sauce. To do this, simply combine the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard in a separate bowl. This sauce tastes as close as possible to its American counterpart. Now it's time to collect bigteys. Cut the buns in half and brush with sauce on each side, not sparing. Place in turn the cutlet, a slice of cheese, lettuce, onion rings and tomato slices,and then cover with half a bun.
