How to cook "Cherry compote in a jar"
Rinse the berries well, peel the stalks. Sterilize the jar. Place the cherries there. Add a sprig of fresh mint. It will give an unusual shade to compote. Pour sugar into the jar. Pour boiling water over to half the volume. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes. Then take out the mint and add water to the top. Then roll up the compote and leave to cool.
