Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water (300 ml). Pour into the center. In a circular motion, start kneading the dough, then dump it on a floured table, knead a tight dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. Prepare the filling. Add finely chopped onions, salt, ground black pepper to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.
