How to make "Children's Tomato Soup"
We wash the tomatoes in water. We make cross-shaped cuts on their peel so that you can easily remove the skin later. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, and after 15 seconds we can remove the skin. Cut the garlic into large pieces. Cut the tomatoes into slices. We put vegetables in a mold and bake for 40 minutes in the oven. The baking temperature is 180 degrees. We clean the onion, cut it into cubes. Simmer in a greased pan for about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes stewed with garlic to the onion. Fill with a liter of water, boil, and then turn off the heat. Grind the mixture with a blender, add spices and salt, boil for a couple of minutes. For a more delicate taste, you can add a little cream or sour cream. Pour the soup into bowls.
