Ingredients:

  • Lentils - 450 Grams
  • Tomatoes - 4 Pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 Pieces
  • Garlic - 1 Piece
  • Rosemary - 1 Piece
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Cloves - 2 Pieces
  • Salt - To taste
  • Water - 1 Liter
  • Vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Greens - 1 Bunch

How to cook Lentil Stew

Sort and rinse the lentils. Then put it on fire and cook for 30 minutes in one liter of water. Heat oil in a frying pan or cauldron. Chop vegetables coarsely, put them on fire. After 5 minutes, add lentils and add spices. Peel the garlic, disassemble it into cloves. Throw them in without grinding. Pour in boiled water so that it completely covers the ingredients. Finely chop the greens and add them to the pan. Cover everything and simmer for 25 minutes. Season with salt 3 minutes before cooking, then serve.
