How to make Puff Cheese Pie

Grate boiled eggs and cheese. Add raw egg white and chopped garlic. If your cheese isn't too salty, add a pinch of salt. Stir. Divide the finished puff pastry into two parts. We'll have two pies. Roll out part of the dough on a floured surface into a layer approximately 0.5 cm thick. Pressing lightly with a knife, divide the dough into three parts. We do not cut, but draw lines, as it were. And we cut the two extreme parts into strips 1-1.5 cm wide. Put half of the filling on the central part.
