- Fresh champignons - 500 grams
- Onions - 3 Pieces
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Dill - 1 Bunch
- Starch - 3 Art. spoons
- Seasoning for potatoes - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Potatoes - 700 Grams
- Salt - To taste

How to make Lean Mushroom Casserole
The first step is to prepare the mushrooms. To do this, heat a frying pan, pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil on it. Peel the champignons and cut into small pieces.
