I propose to prepare a delicious and very aromatic cupcake with pears for warm tea. It's easy to prepare, the most important thing is to follow all the rules of the recipe. The cupcake will turn out to be moderately moist and will please everyone, without exception.
1. Mix all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest. Instead of lemon peel, you can use orange peel, it will also be delicious.
2. Beat for 2 minutes with a mixer egg, honey, vegetable oil and pear syrup.
3. Cut the pears into small cubes and add to the "wet" mixture.
4. Pour the "wet" mixture into the dry mixture, stir quickly.
5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle with flour.
6. Put the dough into a mold, level.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 55 minutes. In no case open the oven for the first 15-20 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden toothpick.
8. Cool the finished cake on a wire rack, pour honey on top and serve.
